Alliance Duel: Wednesday
1. Overview
Day 3 (Wednesday) of the Alliance Duel focuses entirely on Age of Science (Research), Badges, and Intercity Trades. To maximize points, synchronize your research speedups with the Golden Hour when Full Preparedness tasks align with the Alliance Duel.
2. Preparation
Proper preparation is the key to outscoring your opponents:
- Research Timing: Start as many technology researches that required badges and finish them on Wednesday, or leave the most badges consuming tasks for the evening, when you just start them.
- Intercity Trades: Send all you 4 orange trucks, usually with the strongest team if possible, that means you have to wait fo each truckl to return before sending again.
- Hoard Badges: Save any Badges you acquire throughout the Arena, by treasures (1000), Seasonal buildings (300-400), rescueing the Deers(300) and on Saturday Capital Clash event(max of 9350) and on each day of the Alliance Duel (max of 830) event, or the Furylord (200).
- Hero Amelia: update her to get more free research time
- Scientist refugees: get them to have faster research speed
- Secretary of Science: get this position at the capital to have faster research speed
3. How to Score Points

3.1 Age of Science (Research)

Strategy: Only use your research speedups after you get all the alliance helps. You get points for both the speedup minutes consumed and the actual Tech Power gained upon completing the research node. Try to get the position of Secretary of Science at the capital before using the speedups. Apply more often during the day.
3.2 Badges

Strategy: Spend all the badges you've been saving up to finish the Alliance Recognition, Hero Training, Elite Troops and many more. Alliance Recognition is used to gain more points in the Alliance Duel and it is a must to finish it, if you want to be in the top. Hero Training is improvinging your Heros power Elite Troops and all the other research trees that require badges focus on the troops.
3.3 Intercity Trades

Strategy: This is a massive point drop. Always prioritize sending out Orange Intercity Trades on each day of the week, especially on Wednesday and Saturday.

4. When to do it (Golden Hour)
The most efficient time to use your Research Speedups is during the Golden Hour.
- Check the Full Preparedness schedule.
- Look for the Age of Science task.
- When this task is active, use your research speedups and finish your tech. You will max out your Full Preparedness chests (and get your universal orange fragments) while putting huge points on the board for the Alliance Duel.
